What your gift pays for
A week at Waves of Honor costs the participant nothing. Not the retreat, not the travel to Maine. That is deliberate. The people we serve have already paid enough, and we are not going to ask them to pay again for the chance to put themselves back together.
So donations carry the whole thing: the boat time, the local guides, the meals, the lodging, the travel, and the peer facilitators who have walked the same road.
We keep every cohort to six people. Six is more expensive per person than sixteen would be. Six is also the reason the work holds.
Waves of Honor Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. EIN 39-3857810. Donations are tax-deductible.
Our donation platform charges the Foundation no fees, so your gift reaches us in full. Zeffy may offer you the option to add a separate tip to support their own costs. That part is entirely up to you.
